An international capital standard proposed by the IAIS is misguided and impractical, Chubb's Executive Vice President of Global Government Affairs, Patricia Henry, wrote in an article she co-authored with Chief Risk Officer Sean Ringsted for Carrier Management last year. In the eight months that followed, nothing has changed, she said during this interview at the Property/Casualty Insurance Joint Industry Forum in January.
