Increased Transparency Provides Solution to Industry Woes

Ruggieri visited with National Editor Andrea Ortega-Wells to discuss how current investigations into producer compensation could ultimately lead to a greater need for transparency throughout the industry, and how providers of information and analytics services might be a possible solution for the commercial insurance marketplace. Ruggieri also discussed industry pricing trends for the third quarter 2004 released in the RIMS Benchmark Survey, summarized by Advisen Ltd. and the Risk and Insurance Management Society.
