Focusing on High Service Levels at LIU

Liberty International Underwriters, or LIU, was created in 1999 when Liberty Mutual rolled its specialty operations into the new company. LIU, which started in Dublin and Toronto, grew quickly internationally and expanded into the United States. Although the U..S isn’t a majority of LIU’s business, the company operates in all 50 states and plans to continue expanding nationally on the general liability side. Face to face contact is very important to LIU, and continued expansion allows the company to focus on high service levels.
