The Hartford Adjusts to Small Business Market

According to The Hartford’s Jim Ruel, the outlook for small commerical insurance business is good. The premium potential for 100 employees or less is 50 billion and growing at a rate of two to three percent per year. As the needs of small producers change, so does The Hartford. In this exclusive interview with Andy Simpson of Insurance Journal East, Ruel talks about how The Hartford continues to expand to meet the needs of the small business market.
