Innovation is not a word typically associated with the insurance business, so we were interested in hearing from Erik Mikkelson at this Wisconsin agency. While Erik is working to create new placement and operational processes, we were most interested in the firm's work with new tech startups as well as its intern program. "The focus of both of these programs all about understanding the next generation of insurance buyer and agency employee," says Erik.
