ACORD/LOMA Interview with Bill Hartnett and Josh Lee

Josh discusses Microsoft’s Office and technology stack in the marketplace and financial services. As a result of Microsoft’s deepening relationship with ACORD and the vendor community, the company was able to produce InfoPath 2003, part of the Office 2004 suite. InfoPath provides ACORD forms and a seamless experience with deep XML integration for the end user to leverage data. Bill, a former independent agent who was on the board of directors of ACORD, discusses Microsoft’s role in web services and the insurance value chain.
