ACORD/LOMA Interview with Frank Sentner
The biggest focus of insurance carriers, Frank explains, is to get agents and brokers the information they need in the format that they need. The data flows from the agent to the carrier Web page, where the agent finishes the transaction. The biggest benefit to carriers investing in these hybrid interfaces is one-time entry of information. Frank also talks about the exciting things happening in web services, including Microsoft’s InfoPath, which maintains data in the ACORD XML standard.
