IBA West Interview with Vince Masucci

In this interview, Vince illustrates his take on the california workers’ comp market, the directors and officers liability, and carrier solvency. While Vince is “cautiously optimistic” about the recent workers’ comp legislation in california, he point out some of the challenges — special interest costs, the need to enforce legislation — ahead in this hot issue.

    Now that AIG has been so caled bailed out by the federal government, what does Vince fee about solvency of his company,,,, Also I would like to know how does vinces company evaluate its companies and other companies who may have invested in derivative markets?
