Compliance Transformations Ahead for P/C Insurers: Deloitte

In a January 2015 outlook report for the P/C insurance industry, researchers from Deloitte recommended that insurers consider "the process of compliance transformation." Here, in an interview with Carrier Management at the Property/Casualty Insurance Joint Industry Forum, Howard Mills, Senior Advisor to the Insurance Group at Deloitte, explained what this means, and advised that it's not only internationally active insurers that have to transform compliance activities. The advice applied to regional and national insurers too.
Note: Mills assumed the title of Global Insurance Regulatory at Deloitte in March, after the filming of this video.
